We work with many different businesses and are continually looking at ways we can improve our internal processes and ultimately the service we offer our customers. By being awarded the ISO 9001-2015 Certification our current and future customers can be assured that they are working with a company who continually strives for efficient working practices and professionalism. What is ISO 9001-2015?

ISO 9001-2015 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems which outlines the requirements an organisation must maintain to meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders. It is based on the idea of continual improvement and requires an organisation to define its objectives relating to quality and to constantly look at improving processes. Having a Quality Management System in place helps an organisation become more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.

Improvement of customer satisfaction – one of the core principals of ISO 9001 is to improve customer satisfaction by planning and striving to meet customer requirements

Evidence of decision making – the need to use evidence based decision making rather than ‘gut feel’ is key to ISO 9001. By driving decisions based solely on evidence we are more focused in applying resources in the correct areas to help improve efficiency and increase cost savings

Culture of continual improvement – by adopting a culture of continual improvement in everything we do gives improved efficiency in services to clients, stakeholders and employees

Better process integration – by constantly working on internal processes and the interactions between them, we can easily eliminate steps which add little or no value to our clients or the business. Better process flows can also be used to help eliminate risk, errors and ultimately reduce costs

Employee engagement – employees who are involved in helping improve the processes they deal with day to day are notably more engaged. This in turn ensures that they are more productive and will help the organisation improve, become more efficient and understand how the entire process is dependent on them and how it ultimately affects the customer.

As a business, BBL Batteries Ltd. has a quality policy which states that we will make a commitment to all our clients, other stakeholders and interested parties in the services we provide and are always looking for opportunities to exceed their expectations.

Thanks to Mike and Ashley, our car battery was tested , found to be exhausted and not holding a charge, and was replaced all very efficiently and quickly and with courtesy and good humour.  Very grateful customers!

BBL Batteries in Truro was recommended to me by my local garage. I spoke to a gentleman called Mike who advised me on the best battery for my Ford Fiesta. Mikes extensive knowledge and experience was evident on talking to him and the battery price very reasonable.  The fitting service was extremely quick with no fuss. Exemplary customer service from all at the Truro store, I highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

I bought a Yuasa battery for my VW Eos after receiving advice over the telephone from a very helpful gentleman.  What made me choose BBL was the excellent customer service which was evident from the start.  The battery was fitted with no fuss and I was confident the job was done well.  Thank you to all concerned.

Was trying to order a product online but was doing something wrong my end. I telephoned the number from the website and spoke to Wayne , Wayne was more than helpful and made the whole ordering process hassle free and swift , which is rare these days!

Noticed this depot/branch by chance while going to get a secondhand battery from a breaker. Man who served us had a scientific air about him and sold us a Yuasa battery for 48pounds. This would have cost 97pounds at Halfords or 120?pounds at Kwikfit.
Thankyou, very pleased not to have had to take a gamble off the internet and will tell people about you.
